If you've purchased one of our exclusive Elora brands and it's unopened, unused, in resalable condition (think current packaging and no expiration issues), we’ll issue you a 100% credit—no stress, no restocking fee.

💥 Damaged Goods? Let’s Make It Right

If anything arrives damaged, please give us a heads-up right away so we can fix it fast.
