The Company
Elora Beauty Group www.elorabeautygroup.ca is an association of independent boutique distributors, providing professional beauty products, supplies, business advice and education and are dedicated to giving back to the communities we service.

The Position
We are looking for enthusiastic motivated individuals to represent multiple professional hair care product lines to introduce to hair salons in an exclusive territory. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and have a keen interest in the beauty industry. Experience in the beauty industry and/or sales would be an asset, but no experience is necessary as we will work with you to ensure your success.
As an independent product representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hair salon owners and stylists, promoting your products, and building business in your territory. You will be your own boss and work as an independent contractor, with the flexibility to set your own schedule and work from home.
In addition to building your business, you will also have the opportunity to give back to the community by supporting various charitable organizations. Working directly with manufacturers, a portion of the revenue you generate will be donated to these organizations, making this a rewarding opportunity to make a difference while growing your business.

- Beauty industry experience (sales or professional salon services)

We believe in fairness, transparency, and creating a business model that works for everyone involved. That’s why we offer a Distributor Guarantee designed to give you peace of mind and real confidence in the opportunity.
Here’s our promise: If you follow our training, marketing strategies, and proven business model as outlined in the distributor agreement, but find—after an agreed-upon timeframe (typically 12–24 months)—that the opportunity isn’t the right fit or you’ve faced legitimate challenges that make continuing difficult, we’ll offer to buy back your territory at fair market value under the terms of our Pre-Arranged Buyback Agreement.

- The buyback request must be submitted within the agreed time frame (e.g., 12-24 months).
- The distributor must provide documentation of efforts to develop the territory (e.g., sales reports, marketing activities, customer acquisition data).
- Any outstanding financial obligations to the company must be addressed during the buyback process.

- A percentage of the distributor’s total revenue generated within the agreed-upon period. Length of participation.
- A minimum guaranteed buyback price equation (to be pre-agreed upon in the distributor contract).
