We look to represent brands that are only salon exclusive. Unfortunately, brands do sell out, hence the creation of the Elora Hair Care. Elora Hair Care will always will be salon exclusive. Where we do have a brand sell out, we will work diligently to replace that brand with an alternative.

While we encourage proactive sales and offer incentives for performance to reward productiveness and increase earning potential, we don’t enforce hard quotas unless agreed to in specific exclusive territory arrangements.
