I honestly am excited to be part Elora Beauty Group as a Founding Distributor serving Southwestern Ontario. 

I've spent more than 25 years working in the professional beauty industry, helping salon owners and stylists grow their businesses, navigate challenges, and find opportunities for success. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with some outstanding companies, introducing new brands, providing education, building territories, and most importantly, developing lasting relationships with the people behind the salons. 

If there's one thing I've learned over the years, it's that this industry is built on relationships. Products matter, education matters, and business support matters, but trust and genuine partnership are what make the biggest difference over the long term. 

What attracted me to Elora Beauty Group is that it represents something I've practiced for a long time: that salon professionals are more than just customers. They want to be part of something bigger. A community where people support one another, share in the success they help create, like building brands, and have input on the direction of the industry. 

When I looked at where our industry has been, where it is and where could go, EBG's vision caught my attention. It's a model built around collaboration, shared success, education, community involvement, and giving back. Those are all great values that I can support whole heartedly .  

Outside of work, I've been lucky to share the last 18 years with my wife, Maureen. She works as a Program Manager in a long-term care home spending her days helping seniors stay active, engaged, and connected. The difference she makes in people's lives reinforces my feelings of the importance of community, kindness, and helping others.  I'm also a proud father to a 14-year-old son and a 9-year-old daughter. Family is a big part of my life and keeps me aware of the importance of building something meaningful and long lasting. 

I'm excited to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new salon owners and stylists, and introduce the EBG community to them. The best business relationships are built on trust, respect, and a sincere desire to help others succeed. These are the things things that make you feel good at the end of the day.
